AIRE’s smallest non-selfbailer raft is the imported AIRE Tributary 9.5 SF Standard Floor Raft, a 9-1/2′ long inflatable raft not to be confused with the inflatable floored selfbailing version. AIRE Tributary 9.5 SF Standard Floor Raft Details

Beyond the lack of an inflatable floor and smaller tube diameter of 16″ rather than 18″, the AIRE Tributary 9.5 SF Standard Floor Raft is similar in hull design to the self-bailing 9.5 SB, but it comes with two thwarts instead of just one. It can still run low flow pool-drop class IV no problem if you don’t mind swinging a bucket occasionally. With it’s very low 57 pound weight, this is a great little boat for people doing hike-in runs where their gear needs to be carried a mile or two, or for steep creeks with frequent portages. We have a local customer who has bought two of these, almost exclusively for use on fly-in trips to Alaska or the Yukon, where he often has to get all his gear onto a single-prop plane. The 9.5 -SF can be rolled to 15″ X 26″ without undo effort.

Air Chambers in AIRE Tributary 9.5 SF Standard Floor Raft

The AIRE Tributary 9.5 SF Standard Floor Raft has two main air chambers, plus two thwarts. Note that the self-bailing version of this size only has one thwart. NRS also makes some of their mini rafts in non-bailing models, so if the Trib is not available there are some other options. Call for details if you need something in this size range.
